Today I am going to talk about the great and amazing Axon Haptic. This amazing touch tablet can be triple booted with Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X. This is one of the very first tablets that is “hackintosh-capable”. A hackintosh capable device is defined as any device or computer that can run the Mac OS X operating system without needing a Mac device.
Lets get down and dirty with the specifications since all of us IT guru’s want to hear about it. I want the specs!!!
Processor: 1.6GHz Atom N270
LCD: 10″ 1024×600 LCD
Input: Stylus, touch keyboard
Memory: Standard 2gb of memory
Storage: 320gb hard drive
Video: 1.3MP webcam
Wireless: Wireless N and 3G support for both verizon and att
Connections: 3x USB ports, mic, headphones
Battery: Removable battery approx 3 hrs.
So overall it is a pretty interesting device. For Apple/Windows/Linux users, will this device be worth anything to you? One thing I dislike about this device is its battery is not long lasting.
